This is my house cookie base, made with browned butter and Shipton Mill organic pastry flour.
Each pack will contain enough for 5 cookies (or one big tray of warm cookie dough if that's your thing!)
This will keep in the fridge for a couple of days - or you can freeze it and bake straight from frozen. Just cut the log into discs for cookies and you're ready to bake!
Best results will be baked at 160C fan for around 15 minutes (depending on gooeyness preference!)
