Chocolate Ganache & Whipped Caramel Cake

Our house chocolate sponge, layered with a milk and dark Luker chocolate ganache, with a whipped salted caramel filling. 

Introduced in our cake pots a couple of weeks ago - this will be the cake in it's original standing form!
