This is a beautiful, slightly sweet sourdough with aromatic orange zest running through it. There is no added sugar to this loaf, just soaked raisins to bring a bit of sweetness and whole hazelnuts for a bit of crunch. This loaf is absolutely serves best toasted with plenty of salted butter without having any of the food guilt!
