This soft, slightly sweet fluffy loaf is a traditional Jewish bread which has a taste and texture close to brioche but it is enriched using oil instead of butter.
It is a fairly large loaf so will be plenty to go around for a couple of days or used as an eye catching table bread!
I recommend a thick layer of butter or jam on a slice whilst its fresh!
